Sticky Jalapeño and Cherry Grilled Chicken

  • 1. Combine lime juice, honey, olive oil, cherries, jalapenos, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    2. Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken thigh, turn to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate while you heat the grill. Marinate at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.

    3. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip back into the dish. Grill chicken thighs until cooked through completely, turning once, about 15 minutes total.

    4. Serve immediately with rice and a green salad.
